• We may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or supplier issues. We’ll inform you promptly and offer alternatives.
• If we cancel a trip (rarely), we’ll refund or rebook you per our Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. We’ll assist but compliance is your responsibility.
• Behave respectfully during tours—no disruptive behavior or breaking local laws.
• Follow all safety instructions from our guides or partners.

Liability

We work hard to make your trip awesome, but:

• We’re not responsible for things outside our control, like flight delays, natural disasters, or supplier issues.
• You’re responsible for your personal belongings and actions during the trip.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of your booking unless required otherwise by law.

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be handled in Palo Exploricaa, CA courts, unless local laws state otherwise.
